【Application for 2025 Summer Student Dormitory Accommodation】

壹、有關暑宿申請方式及規定，請詳閱114年暑假住宿規劃公告檔案。

貳、學期退宿時間：

113學年度第2學期住宿生最後退宿時間：6月22日(日)中午12時前。

Semester Check-out Time (for current residents of the second semester of the 2024–2025 academic year):

Before 12:00 PM on Sunday, June 22, 2025.

參、暑期入、退宿期間：

114年暑期入宿時間：6月23日(一)下午2時至4時。

114年暑期退宿時間：8月23日(六)中午12時前。

Summer Check-in and Check-out Periods：

2025 Summer check-in time：2:00 PM to 4:00 PM on Monday, June 23rd.

2025 Summer check-out time：Before 12:00 PM on Saturday, August 23rd.

肆、114年暑期僅開放第三、五、六、七、八、九舍提供住宿申請，並以集中住宿為原則，第十宿舍暑期不開放。(六舍、九舍預計於暑假進行網路線更新作業，期間如造成不便敬請見諒，施工期程將俟圖資處完成招標作業後另行公告。)

For the 2025 summer, only Dorms 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 will be open for accommodation applications, with centralized accommodation as the principle. Dorm 10 will be closed during the summer. (Network cable updates are scheduled for Dorms 6 and 9 during the summer break. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. The construction schedule will be announced separately after the Office of Library & Information Services completes the bidding process.)

伍、申請期限及方式：

一、本校學生暑假期間有住宿需求者，請於宿舍申請系統開放期限內線上登記。申請日期只受理連續申請，日期需接續不可分段申請。

(一)申請期限：114年5月5日(一)至5月14日(三)，5月15日(四)後只受理取消申請，不受理更改日期。

(二)申請方式：

1.在校生(含延畢生、大四在校生錄取本校研究所):至住宿申請系統登記https://webap1.ncue.edu.tw/Dorm/，或利用手機QR Code申請。

2.研究所新生:填妥申請表(附表一)並檢附錄取通知影本e-mail至qq49547511@cc.ncue.edu.tw。

3.已逾上開申請時間者，均不予受理申請，惟因延畢、實驗等臨時課業需要申請住宿者，請檢附相關證明於114年5月26日(一)至5月28日(三)下午5時前至住宿組補申請，逾期不予受理。

 Application Period and Methods:

1. NCUE Students who need accommodation during the summer vacation, please register online within the open period of the dormitory application system. Applications will only be accepted for consecutive dates; partial applications will not be accepted.

(1) Application Period: Monday, May 5th, 2025, to Wednesday, May 14th, 2025. After Thursday, May 15th, 2025, only cancellations will be accepted; date changes will not be permitted.

(2) Application Methods:

（a）Current Students (including extended students, senior students admitted to the university's graduate programs): Register on the accommodation application system https://webap1.ncue.edu.tw/Dorm/, or use the mobile phone QR Code to apply.

（b）New Graduate Students: Complete the application form (Appendix 1) and attach a copy of the admission notice, then e-mail it to  qq49547511@cc.ncue.edu.tw

（c）Those who miss the above application period will not be accepted. However, students who need accommodation due to temporary academic needs such as extended studies or experiments, please submit relevant supporting documents to the Housing Service Section for a supplementary application before 5:00 PM on Wednesday, May 28th, 2025 (Monday, May 26th, 2025, to Wednesday, May 28th, 2025). Late applications will not be accepted.

二、社團營隊(參加學員為非本校學生)申請暑假住宿，須俟校內學生暑假床位分 配完畢，倘仍有空位始受理分配床位。

(一)申請期限：114年5月5日(一)至5月14日(三)，經權責單位審核後送出，原則不受理異動。

(二)申請方式：填妥申請表(附表二)，經權責單位審核後紙本送交住宿組，電子檔傳送至qq49547511@cc.ncue.edu.tw，俟住宿組審核後回覆，始完成床位申請。本校保有最終審核權。

陸、床位公布：

114年6月4日(三)下午5時前公布於學務處住宿組網頁。凡申請獲准暑假住宿同學，應於114年6月4日(三)至6月11日(三)完成繳費，並依住宿組網頁公告之入退宿時間辦理入退宿手續。個人申請若要取消住宿，應於114年6月6日(五)前取消，已繳費者概不退費，如逾期未繳費將視同放棄，取消床位。

Room Assignment and Payment：

The room assignments will be announced on the Housing Service Section's website before 05:00 PM on Wednesday, June 4th, 2025. Students who have been approved for summer accommodation must complete the payment between Wednesday, June 4th, 2025, and Wednesday, June 11th, 2025, and complete the check-in and check-out procedures according to the times announced on the Housing Service Section's website. Individual applicants who wish to cancel their accommodation must do so before Friday, June 6th, 2025. No refunds will be issued after payment. Failure to pay by the deadline will be considered a forfeiture, and the room will be canceled.

柒、繳費方式及期限：

一、在校生：請於114年6月11日(三)前完成繳費，逾期未繳費視同放棄，將取消暑期已申請之床位。繳費單請至臺灣銀行學雜費入口網下載或線上繳費。

二、研究所新生：床位公布後，於入住前(限暑期上班日)先至住宿組領取核准住宿之申請單，於出納組完成繳費後始得辦理入宿。

三、社團營隊（非本校學生）：以團體為單位，統一由活動負責人於114年6月4日（三）公布床位後至住宿組領取繳費單，於114年6月11日(三)前完成繳費，逾期未繳費視同放棄，將取消暑期已申請之床位。

Payment Methods and Deadline：

1. Current Students: Please complete the payment before Wednesday, June 11th, 2025. Failure to pay by the deadline will be considered a forfeiture, and the applied summer accommodation will be canceled. Please download the payment slip or pay online through the Bank of Taiwan Tuition and Miscellaneous Fees Portal.
2. New Graduate Students: After the room assignments are announced, please go to the Housing Service Section to collect the approved application form (during summer office hours) before moving in. Check-in can only be completed after payment is made at the Cashier Section.
