【床位公告】114學年度第二學期學生宿舍床位Dormitory Bed Allocation Student Dormitory Assignments for the 2nd Semester of Academic Year 2025-2026

一、床位名單詳如附件12,住宿費併入第二學期註冊繳費單開立,如有異動,請通知住宿組於修改註冊繳費單後再行繳費。

The list of allocated dormitory beds is detailed in Attachment 12. The accommodation fee will be included in the tuition and fees bill for the 2nd semester of the 2025–2026 academic year. If there are any changes, please notify the Housing Service Section to revise your tuition and fees bill before making payment.

二、住宿期間不含寒暑假,寒暑假申請住宿者另依規定辦理,未申請寒暑假住宿者,請於公告之學期退宿時間辦理退宿手續(清空床位檢查、繳回鑰匙),未辦理退宿手續者,保證金不予退還

The accommodation period does not include winter and summer vacations. Applications for accommodation during winter and summer vacations will be handled separately according to relevant regulations.Students who have not applied for winter/summer break accommodation must complete the move-out procedures by the announced deadline.The process includes clearing your bed space for inspection and returning your keys. Failure to complete the move-out procedures will result in the forfeiture of your security deposit.

三、住宿以一學年(含上下學期)為原則,除休學、退學、畢業及其他因素(:因公受訓或出國交換)外,因個人因素未入宿或中途退宿者,扣除保證金1000元。

Dormitory accommodation is generally for one academic year (including both first and second semesters). Except for cases of suspension of study, withdrawal, graduation, and other specific reasons (such as official training or overseas exchange programs), students who do not move in or withdraw from the dormitory mid-semester due to personal reasons will have a security deposit of NT$1,000 deducted.

四、為減輕學生住宿負擔,支持青年專心就學,教育部推動「大專校院學生校內住宿補貼」方案,原則補貼每名校內住宿學生5,000/學期、經濟弱勢每名最高7,000/學期,現役軍人子女自1152月起補貼每名最高7,000/學期,請參閱附件3-教育部辦理大專校院學生校內住宿補貼要點。另114學年度第二學期住宿費援例先以預扣方式製單,如未獲教育部校內住宿補貼,其差額再另行製單請住宿生補繳。

五、依上開補貼方案,凡具本國籍或境外學位生兼具本國籍之校內住宿學生,均符合補貼對象,校內住宿學生無需提出補貼申請,由學校於住宿生申請宿舍的繳費單上,依身分別(一般/經濟弱勢/現役軍人子女)預扣補貼額度,住宿生只須繳交補貼後的住宿費差額即可,惟住宿費收費標準如低於補貼最高額度,則補貼至免繳住宿費為止。住宿生如對補貼資格或補貼後住宿費金額有疑義者,請於繳費前至住宿組確認後再行繳費

六、提醒已獲補助之校內住宿生,請勿同時申請校外租金補貼,避免遭內政部系統勾稽致生追繳情形。

七、學生第112週如因學籍異動(:休學、退學、轉學、畢業等)或因個人因素中途退宿時,住宿生僅得以住宿費實際繳費金額按比例申請退費,教育部補貼款將依該床位無人住宿週數比例繳回教育部,住宿生不得主張申請補貼款退費事宜。

八、住宿費退費規定:

1. 經核准住宿之學生,因故退宿,於學期開學日(含當日)前申請退宿,可申請更換註冊繳費單,免繳住宿費。

2. 學期開學日(不含當日)後未逾學期三分之一申請退宿,退還所繳住宿費三分之二。

3.學期開學日後已逾學期三分之一未逾學期三分之二申請退宿,退還所繳住宿費三分之一。

4. 學期開學日後已逾學期三分之二申請退宿,概不退費。

Refund Instructions:

1. Students whose dormitory applications have been approved and who subsequently withdraw from accommodation, having submitted their withdrawal application on or before the first day of the semester (inclusive), may apply for a revised tuition and fees bill and will be exempt from paying the accommodation fee.

2. If a withdrawal is requested within the first third of the semester (excluding the first day of the semester), two-thirds of the accommodation fee will be refunded.

3. If a withdrawal is requested after the first third but before the second third of the semester, one-third of the accommodation fee will be refunded.

4. If a withdrawal is requested after the second third of the semester, no refund will be given.

九、114學年度第二學期入宿時間:

115221()下午2-6時。

115222()上午9-11時、下午2-5時。

請攜帶學生證及繳費收據辧理入宿。

  • Saturday, February 21, 2026 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
  • Sunday, February 22, 2026 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM & 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM

【注意事項】

一、依據本校「學生宿舍分配作業規定」、「學生宿舍管理作業規定」、「學生宿舍保證金繳交與退還作業規範」辦理,請務必詳閱。

Please read thoroughly. This process is conducted in accordance with the NCUE Regulations of Student Dormitory Management and Operation, and NCUE Regulations for Payment and Refund of Security Deposit for Student Dormitory.

二、各舍寢室由住宿服務組統一分配,住宿生不得私自調換或頂替,違者取消住宿資格,另經核准住宿之住宿生,僅得使用個人申請之床位,寢室內空床位於任何時間均得由住宿組統一分配,原寢室住宿生不得異議,違規使用非經核准之床位者,將依本校「學生宿舍生活公約及違規處理要點」之規定辦理,以維宿舍秩序及安寧。

Room assignments are managed by the Housing-Service Section. Residents are not permitted to privately exchange or substitute bed spaces. Violators will have their dormitory eligibility revoked. Approved residents may only use their assigned bed. Any vacant bed in a room may be reassigned by the Housing-Service Section at any time, and current residents may not object. Unauthorized use of a bed will be handled in accordance with the “Dormitory Living Guidelines and Violation Regulations” to maintain order and peace.

三、退宿前需將寢室全面淨空(含床位、書桌及衣櫃等)並打掃乾淨,將垃圾放置指定區域,未配合淨空或未打掃寢室逕行離去者,依本校「學生宿舍保證金繳交與退還作業規範」扣除保證金。另依本校「學生宿舍生活公約及違規處理要點」第四點第三款規定:住宿生須於退宿日前辦理退宿手續並搬離宿舍, 逾公告期限未完成者,扣除宿舍保證金,逾5日仍未退宿者,宿舍幹部得會同 住宿組人員將其私人物品打包集中暫放儲藏室,且不負保管責任,再逾5日仍 未領回者,則視同廢棄物處理並取消退宿日起算一年內住宿權。

Prior to vacating the dormitory, residents are required to completely clear their rooms (including beds, desks, and wardrobes) and clean them thoroughly. All waste must be placed in designated areas. Residents who fail to clear or clean their rooms before departing will have their security deposit deducted in accordance with the National Changhua University of Education's " Regulations for Payment and Refund of Security Deposit for Student Dormitory." Furthermore, according to Article 4, Section 3 of the National Changhua University of Education's "Student Dormitory Regulations and Violation Handling Guidelines," Residents are required to complete the check-out procedures and vacate the dormitory prior to the designated check-out date. Failure to comply by the announced deadline will result in a deduction from the dormitory deposit. If a resident fails to check out within five days after the deadline, dormitory officers, in coordination with Housing Service Section personnel, may pack and temporarily store the resident’s personal belongings in a designated storage area, without assuming responsibility for safekeeping. If the belongings remain unclaimed after an additional five-day period, they will be deemed abandoned and disposed of accordingly. Furthermore, the resident’s eligibility to apply for dormitory accommodation within one year from the check-out date will be revoked.
