一、【抽籤結果Lottery Results】

(一)115學年度床位中籤及候補名單如附件1至附件3，如有在系統提出申請但未獲抽籤資格者，請檢具申請證明於115.3.31(二)~115.4.2(四)至住宿組辦理，經查證確實後始得補列。

The list of successful applicants and the waiting list for dormitory beds for Academic Year 2026–2027 (115th) are provided in Attachments 1 to 3.

(二)保障床位名單(僑外陸生、公費生、離島生、身心障礙學生、低收入戶學生、中低收入戶學生、運動績優生、系保障等) ，不須參加網路登記抽籤，名單請參閱住宿組網頁115.3.10及115.3.13公告。

Overseas Chinese students and international students are not required to participate in the online registration and lottery. Please refer to the announcements posted on the Housing Services Section website on March 10 and March 13, 2026.

(三)住宿期間不含寒暑假，寒暑假申請住宿者另依規定辦理。無論是否申請寒暑假住宿，每學期均需依公告退宿時間辦理退宿手續，未申請寒暑假住宿者，學期退宿時需清空床位(含書桌、衣櫃)檢查繳回鑰匙後，始完成退宿手續。

The dormitory stay period does not include winter and summer breaks. Applications for housing during these periods shall be processed separately in accordance with relevant regulations. Regardless of whether housing during winter and summer breaks is applied for, all residents must complete the check-out procedures in accordance with the announced schedule at the end of each semester. Those who do not apply for break housing must vacate and clear their bed space (including desk and wardrobe), pass inspection, and return their keys before the check-out process is considered complete.

(四)全體住宿生於入住時視同「同意遵守宿舍一切規定及配合床位調配措施」，不以另行簽署書面「住宿切結書」(如附件4)為生效要件，如無法配合者，請於115.4.1(三)~115.4.8(三)至宿舍申請系統線上放棄，逾期未放棄者，視為同意。

All residents are deemed to have agreed to comply with all dormitory regulations and bed reallocation arrangements upon check-in. The validity of these provisions shall not be contingent upon the execution of a separate written 'Dormitory Agreement Form (as shown in Attachment 4). Those who are unable to comply should submit a waiver through the dormitory application system between April 1 and April 8, 2026. Failure to submit the waiver by the deadline will be regarded as consent.

二、【線上放棄床位】

(一)已抽中床位及保障床位欲放棄者，請於115.4.1(三)~115.4.8(三)至宿舍申請系統線上放棄，未線上登記放棄者，將視同確認住宿，保證金1000元逕予製單。

(二)進德校區女性舊生選擇登記第三宿舍，如未中籤且於申請時勾選「逕予分配進德校區(第三宿舍除外)」選項的同學，已依序分配至進德校區其他宿舍床位分配名額，額滿為止。

(三)師大校區女性舊生可選擇登記第十宿舍或第九宿舍，如第十宿舍未中籤且於申請時勾選「逕予分配第九宿舍」選項的同學，已依序分配至第九宿舍床位分配名額，額滿為止。

(四)每人僅得擇一宿舍排列候補，如欲更改原登記候補者，需先放棄原列候補資格，並於115.3.31(二) 床位抽籤結果公告後至115.4.10(五)至住宿組或電話(分機5740)人工登記候補順序再依序候補。

(五)已抽中115學年度床位或保障床位如錄取學生宿舍幹部(含總幹事、副總幹事、樓長等)者，請於115.4.1(三)~115.4.8(三)至宿舍申請系統放棄床位，逾期將由住宿組自動取消床位資格，如於取消床位後始放棄擔任宿舍幹部者，僅能以人工登記排列候補順序再依序候補。

三、【床位候補】

(一)人工登記候補:逾期未於住宿系統申請床位登記或欲跨校區排列候補床位者，請於115.3.31(二) 床位抽籤結果公告後至115.4.10(五)至住宿組或電話(分機5740)人工登記候補順序，逾時不予受理。

(二)依序候補:按候補序號陸續以手機簡訊通知候補，逾期回覆視同放棄(回復期限以簡訊通知為主)。

1、第一階段候補:115.4.9(四)~115.4.16(四)。

2、第二階段候補:俟統計第一階段未依限繳納保證金人員名單後，於115.5.1(五)~115.5.7(四)依序通知候補。

3、第三階段候補:於115.5.21(四)公告床位後，如有因休學、退學、畢業或個人因素取消床位者，所遺床位依序通知候補至115.6.18(四)，不再遞補。舊生如仍有床位需求者，俟大一新生床位公告後(暫訂115.8.24)，如有空床位會再次開放住宿申請系統線上登記抽籤，不再適用候補順序。

(三)已通知候補之序號公告於住宿組網頁「床位候補公告」專區，請自行參閱，不另行通知。

四、【繳交住宿保證金】

(一)住宿保證金於床位抽籤後送出納組製單，抽中床位(正取)、保障床位及第一階段已遞補之候補人員，應於公告繳費期限115.4.17(五)~115.4.24(五)完成繳費，未依限繳費者，視為放棄床位資格，不予分配床位。(繳費單請於115.4.17自行至臺灣銀行學雜費入口網下載，不另行通知)

The dormitory housing deposit will be processed by the Accounts Receivable Section after the bed lottery. Students who are assigned a bed through the lottery (successful applicants), have a guaranteed bed, or are placed on the waiting list in the first round of allocation must complete payment within the announced period, from April 17 to April 24, 2026. Failure to pay by the deadline will be considered a waiver of the bed, and no assignment will be made. (Payment slips can be downloaded from the Taiwan Bank Tuition & Fees Portal starting April 17, 2026; no separate notice will be provided.)

(二)第二階段已遞補之候補人員，保證金應於115.5.8(五)~115.5.14(四)完成繳費，未依限繳費者，視為放棄床位資格，不予分配床位。(繳費單請於115.5.8自行至臺灣銀行學雜費入口網下載，不另行通知)

(三)第三階段已遞補之候補人員，保證金應於115.6.19(五)~115.6.25(四)完成繳費，未依限繳費者，視為放棄床位資格，不予分配床位。(繳費單請於115.6.19自行至臺灣銀行學雜費入口網下載，不另行通知)

五、【線上登記室友組合】

僅開放抽中床位(正取)及第一階段已遞補之候補人員於115.4.17(五)~115.4.25(六)可至住宿申請系統登記「室友組合」名單，逾期未登記或登記人數不足各寢室床位數者，統一由住宿組隨機分配室友。另第二、三階段遞補之候補人員，僅能由住宿組隨機分配室友。

六、【床位公告Dormitory Bed Assignment Announcement】

(一) 115.5.21(四)下午5時前，將於住宿組網頁公告115學年度各舍床位名單，並輸入學校行政系統，作為住宿費收費之憑據。第二、三階段遞補之候補人員，另於115.6.30(二)下午5時公告床位名單。

By 5:00 PM on Thursday, May 21, 2026, the list of dormitory beds for each residence hall for Academic Year 2026–2027 (115th) will be posted on the Housing Services Section website and entered into the university administrative system as the basis for housing fee billing. The bed assignment list for candidates on the waiting list from the second and third rounds of allocation will be announced separately by 5:00 PM on Tuesday, June 30, 2026.

(二)住宿以一學年(上、下學期)為原則，除休學、退學、畢業或其他因素(因公受訓或出國交換)外，個人因素未入宿或中途退宿者，扣除保證金1000元。住宿期間不含寒暑假，寒暑假申請住宿者，請另依規定辦理。

Dormitory housing is generally provided for one academic year (both semesters). Except for cases such as leave of absence, withdrawal, graduation, or other official reasons (e.g., official training or study abroad), residents who do not move in or who withdraw mid-term for personal reasons will forfeit a NT$1,000 deposit. The dormitory stay period does not include winter and summer breaks; applications for housing during these periods must be processed separately in accordance with relevant regulations.

七、檢附115學年度學生宿舍床位分配作業期程，請參閱附件5。

八、【重申公告】

(一)各舍寢室由住宿服務組統一分配，住宿生不得私自調換或頂替，違者取消住宿資格，另經核准住宿之住宿生，僅得使用個人申請之床位，寢室內空床位於任何時間均得由住宿組統一分配，原寢室住宿生不得異議，違規使用非經核准之床位者，將依本校「學生宿舍生活公約及違規處理要點」之規定辦理，以維宿舍秩序及安寧。

Room assignments are managed by the Housing-Service Section. Residents are not permitted to privately exchange or substitute bed spaces. Violators will have their dormitory eligibility revoked. Approved residents may only use their assigned bed. Any vacant bed in a room may be reassigned by the Housing-Service Section at any time, and current residents may not object. Unauthorized use of a bed will be handled in accordance with the “Dormitory Living Guidelines and Violation Regulations” to maintain order and peace.

(二)退宿前需將寢室全面淨空(含床位、書桌及衣櫃)並打掃乾淨，將垃圾放置指定區域，未配合淨空或未打掃寢室逕行離去者，依本校「學生宿舍保證金繳交與退還作業規範」扣除保證金。另依「本校學生宿舍生活公約及違規處理要點」第四點第三款規定：住宿生須於退宿日前辦理退宿手續並搬離宿舍，逾公告期限未完成者，扣除宿舍保證金，逾5日仍未退宿者，宿舍幹部得會同住宿組人員將其私人物品打包集中暫放儲藏室，且不負保管責任，再逾5日仍未領回者，則視同廢棄物處理並取消退宿日起算一年內住宿權。

Prior to vacating the dormitory, residents are required to completely clear their rooms (including beds, desks, and wardrobes) and clean them thoroughly. All waste must be placed in designated areas. Residents who fail to clear or clean their rooms before departing will have their security deposit deducted in accordance with the National Changhua University of Education's " Regulations for Payment and Refund of Security Deposit for Student Dormitory." Furthermore, according to Article 4, Section 3 of the National Changhua University of Education's "Student Dormitory Regulations and Violation Handling Guidelines," Residents are required to complete the check-out procedures and vacate the dormitory prior to the designated check-out date. Failure to comply by the announced deadline will result in a deduction from the dormitory deposit. If a resident fails to check out within five days after the deadline, dormitory officers, in coordination with Housing Service Section personnel, may pack and temporarily store the resident’s personal belongings in a designated storage area, without assuming responsibility for safekeeping. If the belongings remain unclaimed after an additional five-day period, they will be deemed abandoned and disposed of accordingly. Furthermore, the resident’s eligibility to apply for dormitory accommodation within one year from the check-out date will be revoked.
