一、住宿保證金應於115.4.17(五)至115.4.24(五)完成繳費，未繳費或逾期繳費者，均取消115學年度住宿權，不予分配床位。
The dormitory deposit must be paid between 115.4.17 (Fri.) and 115.4.24 (Fri.). Those who fail to pay or make a late payment will have their housing rights for Academic Year 115 canceled and will not be allocated a bed space.
二、已完成保證金繳費後，請於115.4.17(五)至115.4.25(六)至宿舍申請系統https://webap1.ncue.edu.tw/Dorm/線上登記室友組合名單，逾期未登記者，由住宿組隨機分配室友，不得異議。另已登記室友後經勾稽發現保證金未繳納者，該位室友登記無效(同一筆登記紀錄，已繳納保證金者，仍為有效)。
After completing the deposit payment, please go to the Dormitory Application System (https://webap1.ncue.edu.tw/Dorm/) between Friday, April 17, 2026, and Saturday, April 25, 2026, to register your roommate group online. For those who fail to register by the deadline, roommates will be randomly assigned by the Student Housing Section, and no objections will be accepted. Additionally, if the system verifies that a registered roommate has not paid their deposit, that specific individual's registration will be invalid (however, within the same registration record, the registration of those who have successfully paid the deposit will remain valid).
三、系統欄位提供填寫之「需求事項」僅供床位安排之參考，非一定能達成所有登記者的需求，應以住宿服務組就所有床位統一分配並公告為主。
Please note that the "Special Requests" field in the system serves only as a reference for bed allocation. We cannot guarantee that all registrants' requests will be met. Final assignments are subject to the unified allocation and official announcement by the Housing Service Section.
四、115.5.21(四)公告床位名單，並輸入學校行政系統，作為住宿費收費之憑據。住宿以一學年(上、下學期)為原則，除休學、退學、畢業或其他因素(因公受訓或出國交換)外，個人因素未入宿或中途退宿者，扣除保證金1000元。住宿期間不含寒暑假，寒暑假申請住宿者，請另依規定辦理。
The bed assignment list will be announced on Thursday, May 21, 2026, and entered into the university's administrative system to serve as the basis for dormitory fee billing. Accommodation is granted for one full academic year (Fall and Spring semesters). Except for suspension of studies, withdrawal, graduation, or other official reasons (such as official training or exchange programs), students who fail to move in or who check out early due to personal reasons will be subject to a NT$1,000 deduction from their deposit. The accommodation period does not include winter and summer breaks. Students who wish to stay during the winter or summer breaks must apply separately according to the relevant regulations.
