四、根據交通部道安資訊查詢網統計快覽數據跟去年同期比較分析，以少年自行車騎士(含電自、電輔)事故增加47.8%最高，外籍人士事故增加36.8%次之，高齡者行人(含代步車)增加30%再次之。30日每千人死傷人數於「彰化市、鹿港鎮、員林市」最多，肇事熱點以「彰化市」為多。According to a quick look at the Ministry of Transportation and Transportation's Road Safety Information website, compared to the same period last year, accidents involving young cyclists (including those with electric and assisted bicycles) saw the highest increase of 47.8%, followed by a 36.8% increase in accidents involving foreigners, and a 30% increase in accidents involving elderly pedestrians (including those using mobility scooters).
