業務內容 Responsibilities
► 學生宿舍相關工作 Dormitory-related Responsibilities:
- 住宿組服務學習生(含宿舍幹部)每月服務學習金申報作業。Process monthly service-learning stipend applications for dormitory student leaders and service students.
- 辦理宿舍幹部進行宿舍活動規劃、經費申請與核銷、活動辦理(如聖誕週)。Organize dormitory activities planned by dormitory leaders, including budget applications, reimbursements, and event execution (e.g., Christmas Week).
- 協助住宿組相關活動(新生入住退宿、宿舍幹部會議等)。Assist with dormitory-related activities (new student move-in/out, dormitory cadre meetings, etc.)
► 辦理教育部高等教育深耕附錄1,完善就業協助機制 Ministry of Education’s Higher Education Sprout Project (Appendix 1: Enhancing Employment Support Mechanisms)
- 高教深耕附錄1窗口及教育部聯繫與溝通。Serve as liaison and contact window for the Higher Education Sprout Project Appendix 1 with the Ministry of Education.
- 計畫書內容撰寫與修正調整、成果報告書撰寫與統計資料彙整。Draft, revise, and adjust project proposals; prepare result reports and statistical data.
- 提供經濟不利學生輔導及獎勵金申請資訊、設計簡報及文宣海報。Provide guidance and scholarship application information for financially disadvantaged students; design presentations and promotional materials.
- 揚鷹計畫網站設計、資訊公告、定期更新內容、成果及維護。Manage the “Rising Eagle” project website, publish announcements, regularly update content and outcomes, and maintain the site.
- 燈塔學苑輔導學生資料匯整及輔導資料統計分析。Compile and analyze counseling data for the Lighthouse Academy student support program.
- 辦理高中職來校訪視、多元探索微課程、前導課程及招生活動,各項申請、推動執行及成果展現。Organize campus visits for high school students, multi-interest exploratory courses, preparatory courses, and enrollment promotion events, including applications, implementation, and result presentations.
- 揚鷹生學習輔導獎勵金申請作業、獎勵金說明會、檢核每月紀錄表,獎勵金核發、學生面成果展示。Handle “Rising Eagle” student learning support scholarship applications, orientation meetings, monthly activity checks, scholarship disbursements, and student presentations.
- 不定期關懷學生學習狀況,面談、電訪或郵件來往的關心。Regularly monitor students’ learning conditions via interviews, phone calls, and email communication.
- 定期追蹤外部募款情形。Regularly track external fundraising progress.
