【Refund of Dormitory Security Deposit for the 2024-2025 academic year】Dormitory residents are requested to log in to the Academic Affairs System to verify their bank account information to ensure the proper refund of the dormitory security deposit.
依據本校「學生宿舍保證金繳交與退還作業規範」辦理
According to the National Changhua University of Education Regulations for Payment and Refund of Security Deposit for Student Dormitory.
說明:
(一)住宿期滿,於規定期限內離宿,無上開規範中第六點保證金扣除情事,經簽報全額無息退回住宿保證金,核定後以轉帳方式匯入學生(本人)個人帳戶。
Upon completion of the accommodation period and timely check-out with no deduction issues, the full security deposit is refunded without interest. The approved refund is transferred to the student's personal account via wire transfer. If the international student is unable to open a bank account, a cash refund can be permitted.
(二)如有扣款情事,經核算扣除,核定後以轉帳方式匯入學生個人帳戶。
Any deductions will be made in accordance with regulations. The remaining balance, once approved, will be transferred to the student’s designated bank account.
(三)請學生宿舍住宿生至學生用教務系統/個人資料維護中,再次核對個人金融帳號資料是否正確,含金融機構名稱、分行名稱(郵局免填)、銀行代碼、帳號(如附件說明)。
Dormitory residents are requested to log in to the Student Academic Affairs System and check the "Personal Data Maintenance" section to verify the accuracy of their bank account information, including bank name, branch name (not required for post office accounts), bank code, and account number (please refer to the attachment for details).
(四)如帳號有誤將無法退入學生(本人)個人帳戶,非填列郵局帳戶之匯費由個人負擔,如因帳戶錯誤所產生再次匯款手續費亦由個人負擔。
If the provided account number is incorrect, the refund cannot be transferred to the student’s personal account. If the account provided is not a post office account, the wire transfer fee will be borne by the student. Any additional handling fees incurred due to incorrect account information will also be the responsibility of the student.
(五)113學年度學生宿舍保證金退還作業預計於期末退宿後開始作業,請務必於114年6月5日前至教務系統提供住宿生本人之帳戶(父母、家人、親友...等皆不行),無帳戶者請前往金融機構開戶。
The refund process for the student dormitory security deposit for the 2024–2025 academic year is expected to begin after the end-of-semester check-out. Students must provide their own bank account information via the Academic Affairs System no later than June 5, 2025. Bank accounts belonging to parents, relatives, or friends will not acceptable. Students without a personal bank account are advised to open one at a financial institution as soon as possible.
