[2025 Summer Dormitory Accommodation Announcement]
1. 繳費方式:
1. Payment Methods:
(1)個人申請:繳費單請至臺灣銀行學雜費入口網下載或線上繳費,並請於114年6月11日(三)前完成繳費,逾期繳費視同放棄,將取消暑期已申請之床位。
(1) Individual Applicants: Please download the payment slip or pay online via the Taiwan Bank Tuition and Miscellaneous Fees Portal. Payment must be completed by Wednesday, June 11, 2025. Late payment will be considered as a forfeiture, and the reserved summer bed space will be cancelled.

(2)研究所新生:入宿前請於學校上班日至軍訓室領取繳費單,於出納組完成繳費後始得辦理入宿。
(2) New Graduate Students: Please visit the Military Training Office during school working days to collect the payment slip. You must complete the payment at the Cashier Division before you are allowed to check in.

(3)社團營隊(非本校學生):以團體為單位,統一由活動負責人至軍訓室領取繳費單,並請於114年6月11日(三)前完成繳費,逾期視同放棄,將取消暑期已申請之床位。
(3) Club Camps (Non-NCUE Students): Applications must be made as a group. The group leader must collect the payment slip from the Military Training Office and complete the payment by Wednesday, June 11, 2025. Late payment will be regarded as forfeiture of the reservation.

(4)進修老師:另由進修學院開立繳費單並通知繳費。
(4) Continuing Education Instructors: Payment slips will be issued by College of Extension Education, which will also notify instructors regarding payment.

2. 退費機制:
2. Refund Policy:
完成繳費後,除本校主動因疫情公告徵收、調整、取消、中止床位外,個人因素自行取消床位者,概不退費。
After completing payment, no refund will be provided for voluntary cancellations. Refunds will only be considered if the university announces suspension, adjustment, or cancellation of accommodations due to a pandemic or related public health measures.

3. 入宿配合事項:
3. Move-in Requirements:
(1)申請6月23日(一)暑期開始住宿者,可於當日下午2點至4點辦理入宿。其餘時間請依住宿組公告之宿舍幹部值勤時間或與幹部另行約定。
(1) Students who begin their summer stay on Monday, June 23, 2025, may check in between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM. At other times, please follow the dorm staff's duty schedule or make an appointment with a dormitory staff member.

(2)入宿時應出示住宿費繳費收據供幹部查驗,並繳交500元保證金;如借用臨時門禁卡,需另繳交100元押金(歸還時退還)。
(2) At check-in, students must present the payment receipt, pay a NT$500 deposit, and an additional NT$100 deposit if borrowing a temporary access card (refundable upon return).

(3)本校學生請以學生證感應進出宿舍大門。離校學生或非本校學生,請借用臨時門禁卡進出。
(3) NCUE students should use their student ID card to access the dormitory. Those who have withdrawn or are not NCUE students should borrow a temporary access card.

(4)暑期住宿同學應依申請期間及分配之宿舍房號辦理入住與退宿。違者依「學生宿舍生活公約及違規記點處理要點」處理。未申請全期暑宿者,非住宿期間須將寢室全面清空(含床位、書桌、衣櫃)並保持整潔。
(4) Summer residents must check in and out according to their approved period and assigned room. Violations will be handled in accordance with NCUE’s Dormitory Regulations and Violation Points System. Students not applying for the full summer term must completely vacate and clean their rooms (including bed, desk, and wardrobe) during non-residential periods.

4. 退宿時間:
4. Check-Out Deadline:
請依申請期間退宿,逾期退宿將扣除保證金。暑期最晚退宿時間為8月23日(六)中午12時前。
Please check out based on your approved schedule. Late check-outs will result in a deposit deduction. The final check-out deadline for summer is before 12:00 PM on Saturday, August 23, 2025.

5. 暑假期間配合事項:

暑期進修老師將入住,請全體住宿生維護寢室整潔;未申請暑宿者亦應配合清空寢室。
Continuing Education instructors will also stay in the dormitory during summer. All residents must maintain cleanliness. Students not staying during summer must clear out their rooms accordingly.

6. [Important Reminder]
(1)經核准住宿者,僅得使用個人申請之床位,寢室內空床位於任何時間均得由住宿組統一分配,原寢室住宿生不得異議,違規使用非經核准之床位者,將依本校「學生宿舍生活公約及違規處理要點」之規定辦理,以維宿舍秩序及安寧。

Students approved for dormitory accommodation may only use the bed they personally applied for. Vacant beds within the dormitory room may be uniformly assigned by the Housing Service Section at any time, and current residents of the room may not object. Those who use unapproved beds will be handled in accordance with the school's "Student Dormitory Living Covenant and Regulations for Handling Violations" to maintain dormitory order and peace.

(2)退宿前需將寢室全面淨空(含床位、書桌及衣櫃等)並打掃乾淨,將垃圾放置指定區域,未配合淨空或未打掃寢室逕行離去者,依本校「學生宿舍保證金繳交與退還作業規範」扣除保證金。另依本校「學生宿舍生活公約及違規處理要點」第四點第三款規定:住宿生須於退宿日前辦理退宿手續並搬離宿舍, 逾公告期限未完成者,扣除宿舍保證金,逾5日仍未退宿者,宿舍幹部得會同 住宿組人員將其私人物品打包集中暫放儲藏室,且不負保管責任,再逾5日仍 未領回者,則視同廢棄物處理並取消退宿日起算一年內住宿權。

Prior to vacating the dormitory, residents are required to completely clear their rooms (including beds, desks, and wardrobes) and clean them thoroughly. All waste must be placed in designated areas. Residents who fail to clear or clean their rooms before departing will have their security deposit deducted in accordance with the National Changhua University of Education's " Regulations for Payment and Refund of Security Deposit for Student Dormitory." Furthermore, according to Article 4, Section 3 of the National Changhua University of Education's "Student Dormitory Regulations and Violation Handling Guidelines," Residents are required to complete the check-out procedures and vacate the dormitory prior to the designated check-out date. Failure to comply by the announced deadline will result in a deduction from the dormitory deposit. If a resident fails to check out within five days after the deadline, dormitory officers, in coordination with Housing Service Section personnel, may pack and temporarily store the resident’s personal belongings in a designated storage area, without assuming responsibility for safekeeping. If the belongings remain unclaimed after an additional five-day period, they will be deemed abandoned and disposed of accordingly. Furthermore, the resident’s eligibility to apply for dormitory accommodation within one year from the check-out date will be revoked.
