【寢室小冰箱申請】學生宿舍暑期住宿期間寢室小冰箱開放申請至114年7月4日止

一、冰箱規格:

小冰箱由住宿生自備，容量105公升以下且須為中華民國國家標準檢驗合格之電器(CNS)，配合使用寢室單獨插座。初次提出申請者，需符合能源效率分級1級至5級。

二、收費標準:

冰箱使用電費以學年、學期、暑期為單位收費，一學年(含寒假)收費1000元、一學期(含寒假)收費500元、暑期收費200元。

三、申請截止日:114年7月4日止。

四、申請方式:

冰箱持有者向生促會領取申請單（以寢室為單位申請，須同寢各室友同意設置並簽署）→送審核(委由生促會審核)→核准後至自動繳費機繳費→持收據向生促會領取「寢室冰箱使用許可證」→張貼許可證。

五、罰則:

如未申請或異動時未提出更換申請，視同違規電器，依本校學生宿舍生活公約及違規記點標準記點議處，並補繳一學期費用。

【Application for Dormitory Mini Refrigerator】Applications for mini refrigerators in student dormitory rooms for the summer accommodation period are open until July 4, 2025.

一、Refrigerator specifications:

Mini refrigerators must be provided by the residents themselves, with a capacity under 105 liters and must be electrical appliances that meet the National Standards of the Republic of China (CNS). They must be used with a dedicated outlet in the dormitory room. First-time applicants must use refrigerators with an energy efficiency rating between Grade 1 and Grade 5.

二、Fee standards:

Electricity usage fees for refrigerators are charged per academic year, semester, or summer period. The fee is NT$1000 per academic year (including winter break), NT$500 per semester (including winter        break), and NT$200 for the summer period.

三、Application deadline: Until July 4, 2025.

四、Application procedure:

Refrigerator owners must obtain an application form from the Student Promotion Association (applications are made per room and must include the consent and signature of all roommates) → Submit the form for review (to be reviewed by the Student Promotion Association) → After approval, pay the fee at the automatic payment machine → Bring the receipt to the Student Promotion Association to obtain the Dormitory Refrigerator Use Permit”→ Post the permit.

五、Penalties:

Failure to apply or failure to report changes will be considered unauthorized appliance usage and will be handled in accordance with the university’s Dormitory Living Regulations and Violation Point System. In addition, the user will be required to pay the semester fee retroactively.
