【床位放棄或新申請】114學年度第二學期學生宿舍床位放棄或新增申請登記Registration for Student Dormitory Bed Waiver or New Application for the Second Semester of the 2025-2026 Academic Year
一、學生宿舍床位申請以一學年為原則,因個人因素放棄下學期床位,或有新增申請需求之同學,請於114年12月9日起至12月19日止至住宿申請系統登記,逾期不予受理。
Students who wish to waive their bed for the spring semester due to personal reasons, or those who have a new application requirement, must register on the Dormitory Application System from December 9, 2025, to December 19, 2025.
二、上開因個人因素於第二學期放棄住宿者,在完成系統登記後,將由住宿組取消第二學期床位及住宿費,並依規定扣除住宿保證金1,000元。
For those students mentioned above who waive their accommodation for the second semester due to personal reasons, the Housing Services Section will cancel the bed assignment and the accommodation fee for the second semester upon completion of the system registration.
A deduction of NT$1,000 from the accommodation deposit will be processed in accordance with regulations.
休學、退學、轉學、畢業等原因退宿者,請檢附離校手續單及退費申請表自行洽住宿組辦理退宿及退費事宜。
Students withdrawing from accommodation due to reasons such as suspension, withdrawal, transfer, or graduation must bring the School Leaving Procedure Form and the Refund Application Form to the Housing Services Section personally to handle the withdrawal and refund procedures.
三、新增申請住宿的同學,床位分配係以第二學期所餘空床位數安排,並於115年1月2日公告於住宿組網頁,住宿費及保證金併入第二學期註冊單繳納。公布床位後,須住至第二學期結束,個人因素取消或中途退宿者,扣除住宿保證金1000元,住宿費退費規定請參閱本校學生宿舍管理作業規定。
For students applying for new accommodation, bed assignments will be based on the remaining vacant beds for the second semester. The assignment results will be announced on the Housing Services Section website on January 2, 2026.
The accommodation fee and deposit will be included in the second-semester registration bill for payment.
Once the bed assignment is announced, students are required to stay until the end of the second semester. Those who cancel or withdraw mid-semester due to personal reasons will incur a deduction of NT$1,000 from the accommodation deposit.

請攜帶學生證及繳費收據辧理入宿,入宿時間請參閱住宿組網頁公告。
