【寒假床位公告】114學年度(115年)學生宿舍寒假床位(含境外生春節床位)公告[Winter Break Housing Announcement] Announcement of Student Dormitory Housing for the 2025 Winter Break (Including Lunar New Year Housing for International Students)
一、寒假床位以安排原寢為原則,床位分配詳如附件,自公告起不再受理任何理由新增寒假及春節住宿申請,請於114年12月25日前完成繳費,並持繳費證明依申請住宿期間辦理入宿,逾期未繳費者視同放棄,將取消寒假已申請之床位。
As a general rule, winter break room assignments are based on students' original rooms, and detailed assignments are provided in the attachment; please note that no further applications for winter break or Lunar New Year housing will be accepted for any reason following this announcement. Please complete the payment by December 25, 2025, and present the proof of payment to check in according to your approved stay period; those who fail to pay by the deadline will be considered to have forfeited their spot, and their winter break housing reservation will be cancelled.
二、學期退宿及寒假入退宿請務必於公告之期限內辦理,避免違反本校「學生宿舍生活公約及違規記點處理要點」。
Please ensure that all move-out procedures for the semester and move-in/move-out procedures for the winter break are completed within the announced deadlines to avoid violating the "National Changhua University of Education Student Dormitory Regulations and Violation Handling Guidelines."
三、繳費方式Payment Methods:
1.個人申請:請於114年12月25日前完成繳費,逾期未繳費視同放棄,將取消寒假已申請之床位,繳費單請至臺灣銀行學雜費入口網下載或線上繳費。
Individual Application: Please complete your payment by December 25, 2025; those who fail to pay by the deadline will be considered to have forfeited their spot, and their winter break housing reservation will be cancelled. Please download the payment slip or pay online via the Bank of Taiwan Student Tuition and Fees Portal.
2.社團營隊(非本校學生):以團體為單位,統一由活動負責人於114年12月18日公告床位後至住宿組領取繳費單,並於115年1月12日前完成繳費,逾期未繳費視同放棄,將取消寒假已申請之床位。
Club Camps (Non-NCUE Students): Applications are processed on a group basis, and the person in charge of the activity must collect the payment slips from the Housing Service Section after the bed assignments are announced on December 18, 2025; payment must be completed by January 12, 2026, and those who fail to pay by the deadline will be considered to have forfeited their spot, resulting in the cancellation of the winter break housing reservation.
四、退費規定:請於入宿前謹慎評估,繳費後,除本校公告徵收、調整、取消、中止床位外,個人因素自行取消床位者,概不退費。
Refund Policy: Please carefully evaluate your needs before moving in; once payment is completed, no refunds will be issued for cancellations due to personal reasons, except in cases where housing is reclaimed, adjusted, cancelled, or terminated as announced by the University.
五、入宿配合事項Check-in Guidelines:
1.凡申請獲准寒假住宿同學,請依申請期間、分配之宿舍寢室及住宿組公告入退宿時間表於宿舍幹部值勤時間辦理,或於三日前宿舍幹部勤值時間內另與幹部約定時間辦理入宿。
Students approved for winter break housing must complete the move-in process during the dormitory staff's duty hours according to their approved stay period, assigned room, and the move-in/move-out schedule announced by the Student Housing Service Division; alternatively, students may schedule an appointment with the dormitory staff at least three days in advance during their regular duty hours.
2.入宿時應提供已完成繳費之住宿費收據給宿舍幹部查驗,並繳交500元保證金,借用臨時門禁卡另需繳交押金100元,於退宿時歸還臨時卡才退費。
Upon move-in, students must present their accommodation fee payment receipt to the dormitory staff for verification and pay a NT$500 security deposit; if a temporary access card is borrowed, an additional NT$100 deposit is required, which will be refunded only when the card is returned during the move-out process.
3.未申請全期寒宿同學,除應依申請住宿期間辦理入退宿手續外,未住宿期間需將寢室全面淨空(含床位、書桌)並打掃乾淨,違反者應扣除寒假保證金500元。
Students who have not applied for the full winter break housing period must not only complete move-in and move-out procedures according to their approved stay but also entirely clear out all personal belongings (including the bed and desk) and clean their rooms during the periods they are not staying; those who violate these regulations will have their NT$500 winter break security deposit forfeited.
4.各宿舍規劃之儲藏空間可供放置個人物品,惟學校不負保管責任,並請依各舍公告時間領回,逾期視同廢棄物處理。另儲藏空間有限,請盡量將物品自行帶回。
Each dormitory provides designated storage spaces for personal belongings; however, the University assumes no responsibility for the safekeeping of these items, and all belongings must be retrieved according to the schedule announced by each dormitory, as any items left past the deadline will be disposed of as waste. Please also note that storage space is limited, so students are encouraged to take their personal belongings home whenever possible.
六、春節期間(115年2月12至2月20日)除第三、八宿舍提供境外生住宿外,其餘宿舍均關舍,大門上鎖全面淨空,不提供住宿及行李領取、搬運等,境外生請於115年2月12日10時後至第三、八宿舍辦理入宿手續(領取鑰匙或臨時卡)。
During the Lunar New Year period (February 12 to February 20, 2026), all dormitories except for Dormitories 3 and 8, which provide housing for international students, will be closed with all main entrances locked and cleared; no accommodation, luggage retrieval, or moving services will be available, and international students should proceed to Dormitories 3 or 8 after 10:00 AM on February 12, 2026, to complete move-in procedures, including the collection of keys or temporary access cards.
