一、114學年度第二學期床位放棄名單如附件1，個人因素放棄下學期床位依規定扣除住宿保證金1,000元；休學、退學、轉學、畢業、出國交換等原因退宿者，請檢附離校手續單及退費申請表自行洽住宿組辦理退費事宜。

The list of students relinquishing their bed spaces for the Spring Semester of the 2025-2026 Academic Year is provided in Attachment 1. For those canceling their housing due to personal reasons, the NT$1,000 housing security deposit will be deducted in accordance with university regulations. For students withdrawing from housing due to suspension, withdrawal, transfer, graduation, or overseas exchange, please visit the Housing Service Section to apply for a refund with your School Departure Clearance Form and Refund Application Form.

二、114學年度第二學期新申請住宿的同學，候補床位名單如附件2，住宿費及保證金併入第二學期註冊單繳納，公告床位後欲取消床位者，保證金1,000元仍應繳納。

For students applying for housing for the Spring Semester of the 2025-2026 Academic Year, the Waiting List Results are provided in Attachment 2. Housing fees and security deposits will be included in the tuition and fees bill for the second semester. Please be advised that for those who wish to cancel their housing after the bed spaces have been announced, the NT$1,000 security deposit remains mandatory and must be paid.

三、公布床位後，須住到第二學期結束，個人因素取消或中途退宿者，依規定扣除住宿保證金1,000元，住宿費退費規定請參閱本校學生宿舍管理作業規定。

Once bed assignments are announced, residency is required until the end of the Spring Semester. For those who cancel their housing for personal reasons or withdraw mid-semester, the NT$1,000 housing security deposit will be forfeited in accordance with regulations. Regarding housing fee refund policies, please refer to the "National Changhua University of Education Regulations of Student Dormitory Management and Operation."

四、住宿期間不含寒暑假，寒暑假申請住宿請另依規定辦理。

The residency period does not include winter and summer vacations. Applications for housing during these breaks must be processed separately in accordance with the relevant regulations.

五、114學年度第二學期入宿時間：

115年2月21日（星期六）下午2-6時。

115年2月22日（星期日）上午9-12時、下午1-5時。

請攜帶學生證及繳費收據辦理入宿。

Check-in Times for the Spring Semester, 2025-2026 Academic Year:

• Saturday, February 21, 2026: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Sunday, February 22, 2026: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
