【Application for 2026 Summer Student Dormitory Accommodation】

壹、有關暑宿申請方式及規定，請詳閱115年暑假住宿規劃公告檔案。

貳、學期退宿時間Semester Check-out Deadline

    114學年度第2學期住宿生最後退宿時間：6月28日(日)中午12時前。

The final deadline for residents of Spring Semester 2026 (114-2) to check out is before 12:00 PM on June 28 (Sun).

參、暑期入、退宿期間 Summer Check-in and Check-out Period

115年暑期入宿時間：6月29日(一)下午2時至4時。

    115年暑期退宿時間：8月29日(六)中午12時前。

2026 Summer Check-in is June 29 (Mon), 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM.

2026 Summer Check-out is before 12:00 PM on August 29 (Sat).

肆、第三、五、九宿舍因暑期期間進行整修不開放住宿，115年暑期僅開放第六、七、八、十宿舍提供住宿申請，暑假全期住宿者，第六、七、八、十宿舍以安排115學年度第一學期寢室為原則(逾期申請者除外)，其餘人員以集中住宿為原則。

 IV. Dormitories 3, 5, and 9 will be closed for renovation during the summer and will not be available for housing. For the 2026 summer session, only Dormitories 6, 7, 8, and 10 will be open for applications. For residents staying the entire summer, room assignments in Dormitories 6, 7, 8, and 10 will prioritize your assigned rooms for the Fall Semester 2026 (subject to on-time application); all other residents will be arranged in centralized housing.

伍、申請期限及方式Application Period and Methods：

 一、本校學生暑假期間有住宿需求(含僅放置寢室物品)者，請於宿舍申請系統開放期限內線上登記。申請日期只受理連續申請，日期需接續不可分段申請。未申請住宿期間請依規定辦理退宿，需將寢室床位、衣櫃、書桌、浴廁等全面淨空並打掃乾淨。

NCUE students who require summer housing (including those only storing belongings) must register online within the system's application period; please note that only continuous applications are accepted and dates must be consecutive without gaps, while those who do not apply for housing must complete the move-out process by vacating and cleaning all areas including beds, wardrobes, desks, and bathrooms.

 (一)申請期限：115年5月4日(一)至5月13日(三)，5月14日(四)後只受理取消申請，不受理更改日期。

Application Period: From Monday, May 4, 2026, to Wednesday, May 13, 2026. Starting May 14 (Thursday), only cancellations will be accepted; changes to application dates will no longer be permitted.

 (二)申請方式：Application Period and Methods:

1.在校生(含延畢生、大四在校生錄取本校研究所):至住宿申請系統登記https://webap1.ncue.edu.tw/Dorm/，或利用手機QR Code申請。

1.Current Students (including students extending their study period and seniors admitted to NCUE graduate programs): Please register via the Dormitory Application System

2.研究所新生:填妥申請表(附表一)並檢附錄取通知影本e-mail至qq49547511@cc.ncue.edu.tw。

3.已逾上開申請時間者，均不予受理申請，惟因延畢、實驗等   臨時課業需要申請住宿者，請檢附相關證明於115年5月25日(一)至5月27日(三)下午5時前至住宿組補申請，逾期不予受理。

二、社團營隊(參加學員為非本校學生)申請暑假住宿，因115年度3棟宿舍整修暑假不提供住宿，床位有限並以校內學生優先，須俟校內學生暑假床位分配完畢，倘仍有空位始受理分配床位，敬請審慎考量。

 (一)申請期限：115年5月4日(一)至115年5月13日(三)，

經權責單位審核後送出，原則不受理異動。

(二)申請方式：

  1.在校生申請優先安排床位，本校保有最終審核權。

2.填妥申請表(附表二)，經權責單位審核後紙本送交住宿

組，電子檔傳送至qq49547511@cc.ncue.edu.tw，俟住宿組審核後回覆，始完成床位申請。

陸、床位公告Bed Assignment Announcement：

115年6月3日(三)下午5時前公布於學務處住宿組網頁。凡申請獲准暑假住宿同學，應於115年6月3日(三)至6月10日(三)完成繳費，並依住宿組網頁公告之入退宿時間辦理入退宿手續。個人申請若要取消住宿，應於115年6月5日(五)前取消，已繳費者概不退費，如逾期未繳費將視同放棄，取消床位。

The results will be announced on the Housing Service Section website by 5:00 PM on June 3 (Wed), 2026. Students whose summer housing applications are approved must complete their payment between June 3 (Wed) and June 10 (Wed), 2026. Please follow the check-in and check-out procedures according to the times posted on the Housing Service Section website.If you wish to cancel an individual application, you must do so by June 5 (Fri), 2026. Please note that once payment is made, no refunds will be granted. Failure to complete payment by the deadline will be considered a forfeiture of the assignment, and your bed space will be cancelled.

柒、繳費方式及期限Payment Methods and Deadline：

  一、個人申請：請於115年6月10日(三)前完成繳費，逾期繳費視同放棄,將取消暑期已申請之床位。繳費單請至臺灣銀行學雜費入口網下載或線上繳費。

Individual Application: Please complete your payment by June 10

(Wed), 2026. Failure to pay by the deadline will be considered a forfeiture, and your reserved summer housing bed space will be cancelled. Payment slips can be downloaded from the Bank of Taiwan School Fee Portal, or you may complete the payment online.

二、研究所新生：床位公布後，於入住前(限暑期上班日)先至住宿

組領取核准住宿之申請單，於出納組完成繳費後始得辦理入宿。

三、社團營隊（非本校學生）：以團體為單位，統一由活動負責人

於115年6月3日（三）公布床位後至住宿組領取繳費單，於115年6月10日(三)前完成繳費，逾期繳費視同放棄，將取消暑期已申請之床位。
