115年學生宿舍暑期住宿延長申請公告
茲因第5宿舍及第9宿舍115年暑假電梯施工，暑期不開放住宿申請，為減低住宿生困擾，針對5、9舍114-2及115-1床位相同且申請暑假全期住宿者，將簡化退宿流程：於114-2學期辦理退宿時，需出示暑期全期住宿繳費證明，即可於退宿床位表簽名且繳回鑰匙，但無需清空床位檢查（可將大部分東西先放置在原床位不需清空，僅將暑期住宿需使用物品帶到暑假住宿床位）。惟暑假施工期間均不得要求回5、9舍拿取東西。
延長暑假住宿申請時間為115年5月19日至5月24日止，請有上述需求的同學在時間內提出申請，逾期不再受理。

Announcement: Application Extension for 2026 Summer Dormitory Accommodation
Due to elevator construction in Dormitory 5 and Dormitory 9 during the 2026 summer vacation, these two dormitories will be closed for summer accommodation applications.
To minimize inconvenience, a simplified check-out process will be implemented for students who reside in Dormitory 5 or 9, hold the same bed assignment for both the 114-2 and 115-1 semesters, and have applied for the full-term summer accommodation:
When checking out at the end of the 114-2 semester, you only need to present your proof of payment for the full-term summer accommodation, sign the check-out form, and return your keys.
You are NOT required to clear out your room for inspection. Most of your belongings can remain in your original bed space; you only need to bring the items you will use during the summer to your temporary summer room. However, please note that entering Dormitory 5 or 9 to retrieve belongings will strictly NOT be permitted during the summer construction period.
🛑 Important Deadline
The application period for summer accommodation has been extended from May 19 to May 24, 2026. Students who meet the criteria above and wish to apply must submit their applications within this timeframe. Late applications will not be accepted.
