1. 人事業務：每月校安值勤輪值排班、值勤費核銷、學生安全組會議、人事聘任、學輔人力經費報部。Student Safety Section HR Affairs: Monthly campus security duty roster scheduling, reimbursement of duty fees, military training section meetings, personnel appointments, reporting of student assistance personnel expenses to the Ministry

3. 進德校區學生宿舍公共區域巡檢查修、水電管制及節能減碳。Jinde Campus student dormitory public area inspection and repair, water and electricity control, and energy conservation
4. 學生第七、八宿舍財產管理、大型整修建及住宿疑難問題協處等業務。Student Dorms 7 and 8 property management, large-scale renovation, and assistance with accommodation difficulties
5. 宿舍定期保養事項(含鍋爐雙月份定期保養及簽約、每月天然氣申報核銷作業、清水肥、病媒蚊消毒、冷氣機清洗等統一作業)。Dormitory regular maintenance matters (including bimonthly boiler maintenance and contract signing, monthly natural gas reporting and reimbursement, septic tank cleaning, pest control disinfection, air conditioner cleaning, and other unified operations)

2. 住宿組綜合業務：新生入住統籌、各學期(含寒暑假)入退宿統籌、宿舍違規懲處及相關法規研修。Accommodation Section general affairs: Coordination of new student move-in, coordination of move-in and move-out for each semester (including winter and summer breaks), dormitory violation penalties, and revision of related regulation
3. 住宿組宿舍幹部之遴選及考核。Selection and evaluation of dormitory cadres for the Accommodation Section
4. 宿舍幹部服務學習工讀金經費編列及控管。Budgeting and control of service-learning stipends for dormitory cadres
